I went into the Burlington Store with the intent of looking into one of the chairs that was on sale. Nancy was the representative that helped me. She took the time to explain to me everything about the different chairs, their pros and cons as well as suitability for body types. My original intent was to maybe buy one chair for my elderly mom. Nancy was proactive in helping me get the office chair I needed. On time delivery was very important and the promise was kept. I went to the Burlington store instead of the store that was closer to me because of Nancy's willingness to help. It would have been fantastic if the store gave me a confirmation of the delivery on the promised date instead of me having to call to find out. Please take this as room for improvement.
