I like the massage chair, but the only thing that I am much concern is the neck and back heat. The leg heat is a bit okay. I could hardly feel the heat to both my neck and back. I have to use a heat pad to be heated in the microwave oven before use. I wish the built in heat could be more warmer especially this cold temperature during winter season. As an elderly woman my arthritis aches, pain and inflammation is aggravating more without any sufficient heat in this massage chair. It's misleading shows on the monitor the neck ... read more
