Customer service and product knowledge was great. Your people were able to get me a discount that I didn't know was available. Even though a battery and extra leather weren't with the delivery, the store representatives followed up and had it to me in days. In addition, they called several times to see if I had any problems. Keep up the good work. I will go back.

I couldn't give a 5 because almost nothing is Perfect. Relax the Back is close. I was Happy with the service and advice I received and feel I got a good deal on the chair I purchased. Their return policy also seems to be more than adequate. I would definitely go back to them for my next purchase and I recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a quality product and is not just shopping for something cheap.
