Excellent service. Kevin took the time to explain to us EVERY different bed on display and some that were not on display. Helped us to understand the differences so that we would know what we were buying. As this is a major purchase, it meant a lot to us that he cared to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed.

My 12 year old Relax the Back desk chair was in need of new casters and after calling the Palm Beach Gardens store to ask if it was possible to replace my old ones, a very polite gentleman said he would try and find out. A short time later I got a call from Vinny in the Fort Lauderdale store who assured me he had the casters an would get them up to the PBG store that day. And he did! Excellent Customer Service. Adriana took her time and showed me a lot of different options and never pressured me into anything. Once my new LifeForm chair was at home, Adriana also came by to ensure it was setup properly, and that I was fully trained on how to adjust it myself. Very happy!
