I have experienced the best customer service in decades. I purchased an X-Chair from Adriana Aldecoa in March. She offered to come to my home to make sure it was ergonomically adjusted for my body. When she saw the chair she realized the wide seat was not right so she ordered the chair with the narrower seat. When she came back, she assembled the chair and saw that the factory had sent the wide seated chair. She then ordered the correct chair. The best customer service I've ever had. I bought an X-Chair from Adriana Aldecoa. She offered to come to my home free of charge to adjust it. When she came she realized the chair was too wide for me so she ordered the narrower one. When it arrived, she assembled it in my home and saw that the factory had sent the wide chair. Vinny was super helpful when I hurt my back and couldn't make it to the store. We spoke on the phone and after looking at a few photos that he sent, I found the most amazing new humanscale chair, and it is so comfortable and lightweight.
