I really liked their Human Touch Perfect Chair recliner, but I just couldn't justify the cost when comparing to other high end chairs at other stores that had a few more features. I also really enjoyed working with the salesman who was very patient and helpful. I might still buy it if the delivery date for the chair I bought at another store gets delayed significantly.

The manager was very helpful and informational. The two delivery men were so wonderful. They got my chair up the stairs and in my room without any issues. They put together my chair and talked to me about everything. They were wonderful!
