Dustin made sure the chair we wanted would fit us best (PC600 vs PC610) and was always available to answer our questions/concerns. Patrick (the owner) ensured the delivery and setup were exactly as we requested. It is great to be able to support local business, and the chair is fantastic!

It was a pleasure dealing with Patrick to purchase a massage chair during the virus shutdown. Everything was handled easily via email and phone. Ant the extra for the White Glove in house delivery to my second floor loft was great.
