I had a wonderful experience with Relax the Back store - I recently had spinal fusion surgery and was finding it really uncomfortable to sit at my desk all day - they set me up with a wonderful chair - The delivery experts Bill and Ron set up my chair and went over the awesome features as well as setting it up just for me!

When we ordered the chair there was no mention of a delay or a back order. Then it took 3 weeks+ for the chair to come in and we didn't hear anything during that delay. So communication could have been better.
