Right price. Delivery crew were helpful. Just an hour late of their delivery window. They also smell of smoke. That could be an issue for some customers. We had to initiate the call to find out where they were. Store staff really does not make you feel important as a customer. No initiative to settle concerns. With spending that type of money it would be nice to hear options beside we can not do that. If it was not for the discounted bed base I would of gone some where else.

First of all, don't solicit me to request feedback with the salutation: Dear last name". Here is my feedback: Your prices are exorbitant. I bought a zero-gravity chair and the clip for the remote took 3 months to get to me. I had to repeatedly follow up to get it and was responded to with empty promises. The way they compensate the sales reps is unfair. I have had to talk to the manager, the owner, another store to find information.
