I have bought multiple recliners and other items at this store and now only are the products great, but the service is fantastic! J.D. is a wealth of knowledge about all of the different products at Relax the Back! He also always does a fantastic job of explaining to you all the subtle differences between whatever product(s) you are interested in. I could not recommend a store more than this one!

Good and fast service

The customer service, the pricing, the product and the professionalism were absolutely perfect. Working with JD and his father, who owns the company, was as good as it gets. They did everything as promised and they both also delivered and assembled my desk and chair. Very impressive! I will definitely do business with them in the future.
