The pillow is extremely helpful with the pain in my back! We travel much and the lambar support pillow helps with the bumps and potholes!

The salespeople are very good. I find that the back brace, I bought, is helpful to some degree. I can, of course, not wear it when I go out because it is too bulky. I knew that beforehand. I find that while wearing it in the house, while doing dishes, making beds, etc., it tends to ride up from the position I had it placed. I don't find any way of avoiding that without having to take it off and re-applying the brace. I will use it as much as possible.
