Excellent assistance. I wish I could remember his name. I have tremendous neck pain and he went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. He is very professional, personable, and knowledgable. His pillow recommendation has helped me a great deal. Thanks to him!

The staff at Relax the Back are very knowledgeable about sleep and Tempurpedic mattresses. They are also helpful, kind, professional, and caring individuals who are there to help you find the right mattress in order to have a much better night sleeping and waking up restful. Such a pleasure to enter that store knowing they are there to serve your sleep needs.

Stellar 5 star customer service and my lumbar pillow and sciatica or donut pillow are incredible, great quality, incredible quality actually and they did the trick. I was back to not being in pain in just a few hours. I am showing them to my son when he visits. He has enough scoliosis to make it possible for his back to get painful with the wrong seating arrangment for too long. If he thinks he fan use them I'll have him order online or we might go back to the same store here in Tucson. So glad I found you guys.

Excellent Customer Service. I was interested in an adjustable base for my original Tempur-Pedic queen mattress. The salesman demonstrated the base with a store mattress. I was afforded plenty of time to evaluate the base. No attempt was made to sell me a mattress nor a base. I made the decision to purchase the base and it has operated perfectly.
