I went to the store three or four times over several months, knowing I'd want to buy a recliner when I moved into my new home. The sales associates were all knowledgeable, but not pushy. I tried out just about every chair, and they offered to show me or demonstrate just about every other item in the store. They were ok with the fact that I was planning to purchase in a few months. The recliner I bought was very expensive, but it sure is worth it on those days my back is giving me trouble.

Sales person didnt know what frame we had for our automated,vibrating system even after we explained and sent numerous pictures,It Cost us over $200.00 because he insisted we needed 5/8 finished plywood for a base.We did not .We never heard from the manager either-to at least call -yes i did complain to othe salesman at the oro valley store.Even the installers witnessed the issue. i would only recommend to get that sales guy an education on beds even if he brags of many yrs of experience-

Bought a rock and stop foot rest and decided to return it. It was never opened or used and they would not take it back for a credit or refund. Regardless Covid or not, that's not good customer service.

Beware there warranty is subject to review unlike a car or apple product only extends to the purchaser not the product have a leather cafe chair and before the three year warrnty expired leath began to peel BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!
