Absolutely worst decision of my life. After waiting almost 2 weeks for the beds arrival I haven't got a full nights sleep since. I feel like I'm falling out of it and wake up almost every hour trying to get comfortable. Called to return and was told I had to wait 30 days and it would cost me $1000.00. Ok, lesson learned. Well my wife called today and it's not $1000.00 it's $5000.00 with no explanation from the sales rep. they don't honor warranty on a $3000.00 chair

Disappointed. I purchased the Purefit adjustable wedge system at this store. I was told at the time there are no returns on the product. I used the system for 4 days and not only did it not help my back it caused neck issues I didn’t have previously. I called the store with what I thought was a win, win solution. I would bring the product back in and they could do whatever they wanted with it. I asked if they could meet me part way on the price....maybe sell it to me for cost. Nancy- I'm sorry that you have not had the success with the adjustable wedge set that you purchased. We can't (and wouldn't) resell bedding products that are returned to us, hence our policy on that type of purchase. Personal items, for sanitary reasons, cannot be returned and that is why we make sure every customer is informed of this policy before purchasing and tries the demo model in our store for as long as they like to make sure it is going to work for them. Once again, I am sorry it didn't work out for you.

They sell there used floor mattresses as brand new. Very deceptive sales practice. They can lower there prices if they want....they don't want to

Sarah, You are very mistaken. We never claim our floor models as new, Once or Twice a year we have a mattress floor model clearance sale when we refresh with newer models. When we do this, We put brand new covers on every mattress and discount the mattress price by 50% and sell the Mattress as a floor model clearance with a full warranty by the manufacturer. The service was outstanding. Juan was excellent and knowledgeable. I have a problem with the exhorbitant pricing on the product. My estimate is it was marked up over 500%. I will put this info on social media. People need to be aware of your mark up tactics.

The professionalism, courtesy and knowledge of your staff (especially Ben Macias and Rudy Ochoa) exceeded my every expectation. They both are a "class act". My only major criticism is your deceptive photo marketing/illustration of the “Saddle Cognac” Hale Air Comfort. Your brochure reflects this product with nuanced lighter and darker colorization—my artist daughter was “WOWED”. In contrast the actual product comes in a standard solid one color presentation. I think as much as you charge for pillows (and everything else) you should have at least a 10 day return policy. Won't recommend or shop here again.
