Jordan Horner was especially friendly at check in. The time required for oil change was much improved from previous visits. I had a magnetic "bumper sticker" on the back of my car which was lost during the time I was there. The service department was generous with their compensation.

We were there for over 3 hours because they had so many papers to sign that were of no use to the sale. We had to sign papers that said we would agree to buy the car if they gave us a price that we agreed with. It was nothing but showmanship. Give me the price and let me decide and we would have bout the car in 10 minutes. We never even counter offered their offer. Nice car. Good price. Too much work just to get it bought when we never tried to new them down.
