James Richens is an excellent Salesperson! He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles offered and actually listens to you, if you are looking for something in particular. I wanted a red, white or blue Subaru with light interior and low miles. When one arrived with exactly my specifications, he called me and followed up with a video of "my" future Subaru. His integrity carries through from the moment you meet him, all the way through your purchase. Thank you, James and Reliable Subaru.

Had great service. Brakes & oil change.I did shop a little on the brake replacement. Surprised to learn that dealer was much LESS expensive than Big O tires. I can't tell you how polite and helpful the service managers weretop notch!

The salesman went out of his way to make my experience the best it could be. They went out of the way to be helpful and courteous.
