Progression of work, parts inbound and any unforseen delays. Did make a request for additional FOB with key made, but forgotten by Mitch Colvin, Service Rep.
New tires and alignment with an appointment and I was there almost four hours. I think they must overbook but I love the service writers so I keep going back.
They were efficient and friendly! When I arrived they began servicing my car and advised it would be completed within 1 1/2 Hours. Kwashiorkor driving out before the promised time!

Anna was extremely knowledgeable regarding all things Subaru and highly recommend her! We did not feel pressured into a deal and based on our sales experience would buy there again. Our first service was a bad experience - dont expect to get your car serviced at the time of your appointment. Theyve got lots of issues with online scheduling overbooking causing delays in service. No complaints about the work completed.
