The service took a little longer than expected, but it was done properly. I was not kept informed, despite texting the service person in charge. I did wait in their lounge , which was comfortable.

Good, as usual, except I noticed about half-way home that my glove compartment was laying on the floor (was this from the ZakTek application or from Reliable?). When I got home I had to figure out how to put it back, and wondered why it was out in the first place. Also, rear-view & side mirrors were all out of whack more than usual, and took a few minutes to readjust them.
