I could easily go to the Hyundai location in Joplin - however the service at Reliable Hyundai in Springfield has had the best service I've ever had in all my years. They are amazing at taking care of not only my car but myself as well. They know I drive a distance and always fill my car up, explain everything that is happening in detail, and always go above and beyond for me. Jordon was friendly and knowledgable. She assisted me in getting the online discount that I was not able to attach to this service. Subaru is offering transportation/shuttle services again which is very good. I did not need it this visit but often do. Jordon made the experience easy and pleasant, which has not always been the case with Subaru Services.
