The shop was very clean the waiting room was quite nice as well. The only downside was it took almost 2 hours for oil change entire rotation.

I was not happy. They didn't have spark plugs for the car and had to come back. Adding up cost and time over$400 and 11/2 hours for 4 spark plugs.
