I had a differential fluid leak due to a Reliable technician failing to install a new gasket. This visit was to fix that problem. The service department was very apologetic and worked me into a busy Saturday morning schedule. They made it right and I appreciate it.

The high pressure sales pitch for services not required was irritating. When I told them what they were recommending was for severe service I got the indignant eye roll. They charged over $100 to change the cabin filter.
