As always the service at Reliable Subaru was excellent. They diagnosed and repaired the problem in relatively short time, and then we were on our way.

I am happy with the overall result but disappointed with some details at my last visit. The tires were first checked as part of the 132,000 maintenance visit. The tires were older, and I asked about replacement. I was told that they weren't quite ready for replacement. I left the shop at closing time, and on my drive home, the tire pressure light went on. I returned to the shop the next morning, where the representative checked the pressure and found that the tires were all severely over-inflated. He titrated to the optimal ... read more

Was told tires rotated and was not I had a low tire b4 I went had to air it up. When got home same tire went flat if rotated it would have been on front not same place. I am not a dummy and not easily taken advantage of first time I went to then told me I needed a new tire on drivers side rear. But was nothing wrong with the tire. I did not spend $150 for a tire I did not need. Crooked outfit.
