I am very pleased with the service I received on my Hyundai Elantra. Although it required 3 trips to the service center, all the people I dealt with were very friendly & knowledgeable. I am pleased to say my car is now in tip-top shape.

For the most part I've always been happy with Reliable's Service. However, on my last appointment I had scheduled a State vehicle inspection (since registration was coming due) for the same day as my regular oil change. The day of my oil change, Reliable Imports did not do the inspection as apparently their only State certified motor vehicle inspector decided to take off early. Oil change went great, but the fuel line flush caused engine stoppage. Had to go back to have it reflushed. Staff were great, but the wait time was excruciating. Wish this could have been taken care of the first time.

Not very good. Got the basics done but needed my heater/fan checked. Said it was done and nothing wrong and charged $139. It still doesn't work. Absolutely no extras like they used to, no wash, vacuum, fluid checks
