I added a few services at the time of appointment and they were accommodating without having to come back for an extra appointment. Great since I'm 90 minutes frome them! I would like to inform everyone though that if you have and extended warranty that covers oil changes and tire rotations there is a 500 mile grace period that you have to be within. I don't often write reviews, often times because I can be too lazy to do so even when I think the company is great. The reason I'm taking the time now is because Reliable replaced a tire within 2 1/2 hours of me showing up within 3 hours of them closing. Although I told them no rush, I could get it the next day, they kept me updated every step of the way.

We live 50 miles from Springfield so getting a vehicle in for service has to be planned. I did have the p codes so was able to provide that to advisor Danny Vaughn by phone. A repair plan, estimates for 2 scenarios, and schedule was made. Danny checked parts availability and advised me after a diagnosis was confirmed. Although the repair cost was more than I would like to pay, I was pleased with the service communication.
