Scheduled service to review/fix a couple recalls. Also decided to schedule new tires. After I dropped off car on scheduled day, I received a call that tires were not ordered, and would see if they had tires in stock (ending up having some and charged me more than I was quoted over the phone). Never heard back and got busy at work and had to call around 5pm to see if completed. Was told service department closed at 6, but if I arrived after the sales department could help me.
