I was told it would take 2 1/2 hours. Thank goodness they provided me with a loaner car to drive. My appt. Was at 11 and It was 5:15 before the car was ready for me to take home. The e- mail said approximate cost would be. $121-150 which is what I was expecting. Evidently, it needed a lot of things that I signed for and agreed to and as convinced it was necessary. However, I felt very taken advantage of. $757.00 is a very expensive visit to find that the light that had been coming on, might have been cause by a lose battery!... read more

I had oil change and tire rotation done. They got me out shortly after an hour wait. Service center was clean and the wait room was clean.
