The service advisor and technicians are very knowledgeable. The waiting room is clean and offers complimentary coffee and snacks while waiting. What I don't care for is the recent payment changes now charging 3% for credit card fees. They are not at all reluctant to charge and tack on numerous shop fees and incidentals to the bill. A 10 % service discount barely covers the tax.
