Roberto Pompa-Madrid was an excellent salesman because of the simple reason that he was not trying to sell us anything! We are 2 women whom were not trying to get scammed, we relied on his honesty and trusted him and we do not regret it. His demeanor was calm and most of all kind!!! Jonathan went above and beyond in his patience with a customer who had many questions and demands of information about the vehicle. He walked me through the onerous details if the sale documents, even after closing hours. On pick up day we had loose ends and he assisted me, kindly making it all less arduous. My only complaint is the excessive paperwork required of me when it was a simple all-cash purchase. All documents related to security of financing should be reduced to expedite an all cash sale. While I was hoping for a better trade-in-value and was initially hesitant about getting another Chevy Silverado, I appreciate that the two gentlemen worked to do what they could given the circumstances. The staff was very helpful and personable. I had no issues with either staff member I interacted with. Nevaeh is very personable and friendly, and at no point did I feel she was being pushy or forcing me into a sale. Nevaeh showed great professionalism and knowledge of the vehicles. Tristan I was also very professional and helpful. He was able to make a very fair deal with me without any hassle. In the finance office Tristano made things go by very efficiently and pain free

Tierra was absolutely amazing. She made the buying process so easy. I particularly was looking for a full size pick up truck and she made it happen.
