Received a phone call as promised regarding a defective accessory. Part was ordered and called again to schedule. I was notified when my vehicle was completed. It seems small but being informed is a big deal to me for planning and logistics. This is why the rating.

Neveah was great. She helped us the whole time and was very professional. She worked with us and was a great sales person. Also Zoe was the finance lady and she was great as well.
