I found the truck online through Sam's auto club and scheduled an appoint with Tierra to view/test drive the vehicle a week later. Tierra is very personable and knowledgeable. She kept in touch, provided me with everything I asked her for in a timely manner without bugging us continually. She wasn't aggressive or pushy, two things that would have turned us off and away immediately. She is an outstanding salesperson, and I would highly recommend her.

Great experience – very comfortable to work with no pressure. Had very good knowledge about the cars and what they offer.
Oil change service went well. As for the concerns regarding the transmission shuddering and also the squeaky brake pedal those were not addressed. Advisor stated that the shutter issue is common due to trans trying to figure out correct gear. (Never heard of that being a common issue) I do have 25+ yrs in the automotive industry. As for the squeaky brake pedal it is still present and a nuisance hearing that every time I brake or during unacceleration.
