This dealership is very efficient. They are prompt when you have an appointment and Sven when you don’t they greet you with a smile and willingness to help you. The service coordinators are knowledgeable and friendly. The only “needs improvement” is it is very hard to get through to the service department without having to leave a message. This can be frustrating as there is the chance you begin to play phone “tag”.

The service tech I worked with was good to work with he explained what was going to happen and he was very helpful, it did take some time to do my service work because of a staff meeting going on while I was waiting. He was great . I will be back next year for my next service Thank you

Friendly and accommodating. Only one technician was certified to do this EV warranty repair, so I had to wait a few days to get in, but then the work was done promptly.
