I was pleased with the shopping experience with Tierra and with Reliable. There was no pressure when I first stated I was in the exploration phase of looking at a new vehicle. Tierra was helpful in explaining the features of the vehicle I was considering. After the decision to purchase was made, Tierra was helpful in getting technicians to get the vehicle prepared for our use.

Took my truck in for a coolant leak, he had it diagnosed within an hour of vehicle being dropped off, and it was fixed 3 days later once part came in.
