I took my Equinox in for brake servicing as I was hearing and feeling something off. My service advisor was Nathaniel Marsh, he did a good job of checking the car in and recommending the type of service to preform to find out what my vehicle needed. I was told that I would be contacted in approximately an hour and a half with that information, that was around noon. I did not here back from him until 5:50pm, he sent over the techs inspection notes and pictures with service recommendations. I ok'd the service but by that time ... read more
