We are returning customers. This is our third purchase. Overall they are fair, and friendly customer service. Aaron Duran was amazing. Osman was also very helpful! We rated the company down because our air filter showed low and not replaced but when we returned it turned out that service did reset the gauge. The bed was also extremely dirty. It even had a loose screw from the last owner who had dirt in the bed. It should have been clean.
