We went into the service dept to get a second key for our Aveo. It is the second new purchase with Reliable. Rich Di Fino as always was on top of our situation and letting us feel as though we were the only customers in the place. We are quite confident when dealing with Rich. We spotted a Chevy Cruz in the show room. My wife looked up C.W. who helped us buy two autos already. C.W. showed up with Laurence Sedillo(?)and a few hours later we drove out in a new Cruz. I recently had a wonderful experience with the service department at Reliable Chevrolet. I first took my vehicle to Galles Chevrolet, and after recieving HORRIBLE customer service, and after being told it would take about two hours to get my oil changed, even with my four children with me, I promptly left. We were not considering a GM product after meeting several dealerships in another state. We met Lawrence after moving back to NM and were convinced the new Camaro was the right car. Lawrence even located the vehicle from another state and was willing to ship it in. At the last minute, I was swayed to another dealership in the area. After I disappointed Lawrence with the news, the other dealer sold the car from under me and then tried to sell me a lesser car for more money than the previous "deal". The friendliness was what struck me at first. Juan was a terrific salesman. Even the finance people were helpful, not pushy. We already have our Saturn serviced there, so I know they will take good care of my new Silverado!

These guys really treated me right. I brought my '02 2500 Silverado in for a 80-100k bumper-to-bumper inspection and service. They worked with me to knock out the important stuff first and worked hard to point out where I could save money. I will certainly go back to Reliable Chevrolet in the future. =Mitch

It was a pleasurable experience from taking the car on a test drive through the whole purchasing process. They were able to streamline the process for me as I was pressed for time. I will definately go to Reliable when I am shopping for an auto again.
