I shopped at several dealerships for my 2011 Camaro, but was very impressed with Joffrey at Reliable. Really they were all very helpful and still are helpful even after the purchase of a vehicle. I can call up either John or Mike if I have questions and they always provide the best service. If there is a question they don't have a answer too, which is rare they will find out and get back to me. Overall I loved my experience with Reliable.
I got my trailblazer fixed about two weeks ago at Bravo Chevy. Then this past saturday the same part i got fixed broke again. I called Reliable that morning and talked to Don Poling the service director i told him my situation how i was in town for the military and couldnt bring my suv to Bravo. Marcus was extremely helpful in getting us into a vehicle. In addition to Marcus, his manager Miguel Rojas and the business manager Lenny Ruggiero were very helpful in this process. All bent over backwards to get us the loan approval and giving us a very good amount on our trade-in. My wife and I would very much like to thank all 3 for their help.
I would definitely recommend Reliable to anyone else. The people at reliable are very friendly and helpful. Even when we ran into some finance problems they worked with us quickly and effeciently. The options they gave us with the vehicle made it seem worth buying a new car.
We had a new Handi,it made so much road noise we wanted something else. We went to the chev.dealer because we have always had Chevys before and liked them. We have dealt with Reliable before and liked them, we were right,thy were great to work with.Lots of fun to top it off. We had bought a car from Paul before. I bought a Silverado truck. They were very willing to find the exact truck I wanted. Everyone was very friendly and accomodating. Service was great from the moment I stepped out of my car until the moment I drove off in my new car. Howard was amazing, he did everything he could to make sure I drove off in a car that day. He got a car that was comfortable for me and that suited my needs. In reality, everyone was great. They made getting a car hassle free and made me feed secure about my decision.
