I’ve just provided a review for Reliable Sales, but wanted to also provide one for their Service Dept. With all of the vehicles we have purchased from Reliable (as mentioned in my Sales review) we have obviously had to occasionally utilize the Service Dept for a few warranty and recall items over the years. We have purchased six vehicles from Reliable. Three for personal use (2 Trailblazers and a Tahoe) and three for business use (a S10 ZR5 pickup and 2 Avalanches). Ken Willis and his team have always been respectful and professional with how they have dealt with our family’s automotive needs. The atmosphere and the employees were welcoming and helpful. any and all questions i had were answered. My vehicle was ready when they said it would be and it was running perfectly after its service. I would most definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know.

When I drove up to the service dept,the employee(Keith) greeted me was very polite and took great care of me. It was nice to see how professional he was, my vehicle was ready within the time frame. My car was washed after they serviced it. I will come back to Reliable for all my vehicle needs.

I have been working with this dealership for years. I will NEVER work with any other dealership EVER. I have never been treated with such care and will NEVER leave them. Before Reliable and Kurt Jones I never thought a positive experience was possible, but it does! EVERYONE SHOULD GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! As far as me and my family are concerned, there is no other dealership in the state of NM!

As far as car dealerships go, I was intimated by the size of Reliable. It's an extremely large lot, and I was prepared for the salesmen to descend like vultures, but I found quite the opposite actually. Upon arrival, one solitary salesman politely approached me and asked if I needed help with anything or if I would like to speak to anyone directly. Ken Willis was quite helpful and very professional. Thanks reliable !Would recommend to all my family and friends. I love my Malibu and the price was great. I shopped other dealerships but the people at reliable were by far the best. Again thank you.

Lack of training or lack of integrity. Unhelpful in every way possible. Had my vehicle repaired elsewhere by a certified Chevy for a fraction of cost and time Reliable offered

No communication. Vehicle was in shop for 45 days. I received communication about what was wrong with the truck the day I received the service description via email. Tried to call and they didn’t answer. Called from a different number and they answered. I am pretty sure that they block numbers when they know they have a problem or will have a problem with a customer. The service guys are friendly but this dealership is just a crap business.
