The problem was fixed under warranty and the labor charge was reasonable. They had the car two full days. I was a little surprised that nobody checked the tires which were way low or bothered to wash and detail the car like most other dealers do.

It was so long ago that I don't remember, except I was really pleased. I think the service rep checked the wires on the brand new battery AAA had installed and they were loose so he fixed them. Two hour service! Except for $400 bill for towing, not dealer's fault.

Chose to wait in lobby while truck was serviced because it is large with comfortable seating and coffee. Was able to read a book and do some work. As is typical, staff at every step were enthusiastic and efficient. I do miss the complimentary car wash they did so well. But no more
