I have the best service manager ever. His name is Gary. Gary listens to the problem you are trying to articulate and he would basically translate it so his technicians know exactly what is going on. Gary doesn't tell you you need work done if it's not needed at the time. He will tell you you may need service within the next 2 months etc and you can decide if you can afford to get it done right away rather than waiting. Gary is definitely at asset to Reliable Chevrolet.
