I always appreciate that Gary tells me exactly what needs to be done, the timeline to complete work, and anticipated costs. I can easily prepare for the work that needs to be done, and I don't feel like I'm sold extra services that I don't need.
It would have been better, if dealership did not try to sell me tires that I did not need or ask for.

I like the model but I don't like how there is so many miles on it and the car sounds pretty good I like the way the inside looks also
