2010 Mazda 3 si I went to Reliable imports after finding a car on their website that I was interested in. Went I arrived we were greeted right away by Orin who was very nice, and down to earth. We test drove the car we saw online but didnt make a decision that day. Orin did call us and tell us he had a car that would better suit our needs based on what we had discussed so we came back and bought the car that Orin suggested. Best Car Buying Experience Ever My experience at Reliable Imports was great! I have never had such a great experience buying a car. There was no haggling, pressure, or those games that car salesmen play. They were straightforward and I greatly appreciate that. An absolutely enjoyable buying experience. I have purchased a few cars in my life from dealers. I have been ripped off, too. When I went to Reliable Toyota, I had a blast. Adam Green took care of us and I found my dream car at a great price. What a great experience!!!

I recently purchased a car that came with a host of serious issues, including an oil leak that poses a fire hazard, a cut washer fluid line, a broken tire sensor, and water pooling on both floorboards. I am aware of being scammed because I’m a woman Took my car in to get the recall done I received a call stating that they wanted 800.00 to do extra work that they found on the inspection they were supposed to do. I think this is really outrageous when part of that 800.00 was to replace slightly worn windshield wipers that I can go buy at Walmart for less than 20.00. I don’t think they even did the inspection because they checked off that all the lights were fine when I knew my break light on the drivers side was burnt out. T... read more

Terrific Product Pathetic Tactics It's a shame the sales rep gets slapped for what the F&I Dept. failed to do respectfully. Management ultimately should reflect an ethical standard that should be evident in every department...

Convenient Memory Loss During negotiating we asked for specific tires and were told they were not in the tire business. Later during the tour of the Service Department we saw that they were in the tire business.

Really bad experience Make sure you get your research done. Before buying from this dealership. Their job is to make money off of you, not save you money. I was going to walk out with a 10.49% interest rate till I called my bank, they gave me impression they didn't want me to do that by telling me that I had to go into finance. Soon as I called my bank, they offered me 4.09% then they matched that interest rate. Whole experience from beginning to end was really bad.
