Ian Letterman was great! Ian made the buying experience enjoyable for my wife and I. We were in an unfortunate position and needed to buy two vehicles. He worked with us and made sure we got the vehicles we wanted and at the price we could afford. Overall we had a wonderful experience at Reliable Toyota!

Very Patient I worked with Michele Elliott to find a car for months. I had very specific qualities I was looking for and she worked hard, constantly emailing vehicles "new" vehicles that I may want to see. Now, I will say I did not buy from Reliable Toyota because something closer to home popped up that fit the bill, however, I still recommend Michele because she was so incredibly patient and easy going with me (and my very detail-oriented father).
