Great first time transaction. I had my first car buying experience here and it went better than I had anticipated. Jack took care of me, even when I gave him a hard time. He is very informative, straight to the point, and I knew he had my best interest at heart. Gavin and Ian finished the transaction and they were a pleasure to work with as well. I love my 21 Toyota RAV4 XLE! I Highly recommend shopping with Toyota-Springfield, Mo.

Thanks Dylan! I had the run around at dealerships.. but Dylan Massey over at Reliable Toyota was forthright about EVERYTHING. Had an issue with one vehicle we wanted being a very tough one to get in a reasonable amount of time, he quickly helped us figure out our best options and we got it done. Never left us wondering what was happening etc. You can't go wrong with Dylan Massey.
