Pleasant experience Arrived at the dealership to look at a used vehicle that was listed on facebook market place. I could not find the car on the lot. After being approached by a salesman we discovered that the car had not been serviced yet and was not ready to shown. Later in the afternoon I called was told the car would be ready to be seen later that evening.

Ian was great and made the hectic reality of having to buy two vehicles in one day a breeze! He was very professional throughout the whole process and kept in touch with us on "new" used vehicles as they came on the lot and even before they were on the lot. I would recommend asking for him!

Very Patient I worked with Michele Elliott to find a car for months. I had very specific qualities I was looking for and she worked hard, constantly emailing vehicles "new" vehicles that I may want to see. Now, I will say I did not buy from Reliable Toyota because something closer to home popped up that fit the bill, however, I still recommend Michele because she was so incredibly patient and easy going with me (and my very detail-oriented father).
