As smooth of a process as the ride of our new car. My wife ordered a RAV4 hybrid in March and Jacob helped us through the entire process and was great to work with when we picked our car up today.
Nice experience Overall well. I felt like it was easy though considering we were talking about a family and they threw out of of the best families cars out there. However it does mean they listen. The first offer wasn’t very good but the Nathaniel Floyd (sales person) listened to us again and got both parties to a happy spot.
