Victor Pla was the man We are from out of town and were stopping by the dealership just to look and ended up putting down a reserve on a new Highlander. We made a trip back down a week later to pick it up. Our salesman was Victor Pla and I would recommend him to everyone.

Technology help Ryan gave me EXCEPTIONAL service, helped me pair my phone and walked me through setting up apple CarPlay, as well as getting Apple Music started on my phone. It will be a greyat help as I travel frequently and missed navigation and music on my last trip

Mike and Michele at Reliable Toyota made it easy. I had been shopping for a used Camry and couldn’t find what I wanted. I went to Reliable Toyota in Springfield and talked to Mike Collier. I told Mike what I was looking for and within a week I received a call from Mikes co worker Michele Elliott. Mike was on vacation and passed my contact information to Michele. Mike and Michele worked as a team to find exactly what I was looking for. I will be purchasing all of my vehicles at Reliable Toyota in the future.

Adam Stokes is the best! Adam Stokes did an amazing job selling me my Lexus. It was my first luxury vehicle, so I was a little bit nervous pulling the trigger, but he made it a very easy and smooth process. He didn’t pressure me, and was very knowledgeable about the product and financing of the vehicle. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family. He has become more than just my salesman, I consider him a friend. I will be buying all my vehicles from him in the future!

2018 Camry SE - My Experience In the past, I’ve not enjoyed shopping for vehicles because I don’t love when someone tries to “sell” me. That changed when I went to see Nathan Hill at Reliable Toyota. Transparent, fun, and relatable was my experience with Nate. Going forward, he’s my car guy and I’ll make sure it’s the same for my family and friends. He also makes sure that purchases help save pets by donating proceeds to CARE animal rescue! #toyotanatecares

New car Super pleased! Decided I needed a change from my chevy sonic. No get up and go so I wanted a vehicle with more power. Decided to go back to Toyota since I loved the Yaris I owned and thought I'd try out the Corolla. Nathan Hill is my sales guy, and from the first step into the dealership he was super friendly and listened to my needs. He also loves dogs which was just the cheery on top. Chad Betzler Toyota Chad Betzler was very helpful and knowledgeable about the suv that I was looking at. He also helped with all questions about the features of the car so I could test drive safely. I also give him 10 stars for wearing MASK at all times as I did especially since I'm a senior citizen. He also followed up with me after a few days since I was just looking at this time.
