Information gathering and just getting ideas of, Jack Dugger was excellent at providing information about vehicles, willing to discuss payment options, and most of all he was very pleasant and not pushy at all. I would recommend him to anyone looking at purchasing a vehicle. When it comes time for me to buy, I will definitely be back to see Jack.

Outstanding Service Reliable toyota is one of those rare businesses who focus on customer obsession. From the time of inquiry to getting me on the road, I cannot believe how great my experience was. She cleaned buffed, removed pinstripe, installed add ons all in a week. On top of that, she had a bow and balloons waiting for my wife for our anniversary. They were patient with my 4 year old boy who had spent 8 hours in a car and was a bit wild. I wish I could give them more stars. I also wish they had a location in Des Moines!... read more

My last vehicle purchase Nathan Hill gave me the easiest vehicle buying process to date, the 4Runner I talked into existence, an aggressive price along with a fair offer on my vehicle I sold to Reliable Toyota.
