Excellent customer service by Chad Betzler First time buying a car in years as a result of an auto accident. I don't buy new, Chad Betzler in used sales was my sales consultant. He was extremely helpful, patient, and was very ccommodating when I told him I needed to take the vehicle home for my spouse to test drive. Great experience with Chad Betzler Chad Betzler was incredible to work with and made the buying experience terrific. He knew the specifications I wanted in a used Highlander, and didn't bother calling me until a couple months later when a 1-owner low mileage trade-in showed up and he gave me a call. He went above and beyond and is a fine straight shooting man.
