What a dealership should be I can?t say enough about Reliable. We?ve purchased 2 vehicles from them and will soon be buying a 3rd. My wife has had her vehicle serviced here for over 10 years and won?t take her vehicle anywhere else. Just like any relationship, trust is built over time. Reliable has earned and continues to earn our business.
Helpful Salesperson I stopped by BMW to get a light on my SUV checked out. I inquired about a different vehicle on the lot while I was there. Andrew, a sales guy there, was very helpful and had a great approach. He was not aggressive or overbearing like a lot of car salesmen these days. He showed me some options with his manager. He mentioned that he is new. He is doing very good for a new guy!
Helpful & Pleasant I stopped by to look at a car in front of the BMW building and Andrew greeted me. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He showed me a few models and was not pushy at all-unlike some other dealerships in town.
