Exceptional dealership all around. We stopped convinced we would not buy a vehicle but then we met Jakob. His had a sincere desire to help without any pressure. I showed up to the lot and was promptly welcomed by Adam Clair. I told him I was interested in a specific used car they had listed online and within minutes we were off for a test drive. Although the car looked and drove great I still wanted my mechanic to look at it. Mr. Clair said that was no problem and arranged for me to take it in that very day. Thanks to Jacob, we had one of the best experiences buying our car. He responds to all of his texts quickly and is very knowledgeable. We were very impressed with his quick responses and the fact that he was not pushy. He listened to our request and didn't try to shove us into a vehicle based on "how much we want our payment to be". We will be back and 100% plan to keep Jacob as our dealer.

I met Jacob B. late one afternoon - came back the next morning (90 miles) and bought a new car. The process was short & sweet. Our first Toyota. The dealership was recently remodeled & has food & drink with enough variety to satisfy most. They have a finance guy who's seen most everything & can handle the financing and warranty stuff. Painless process start to finish.

We had an issue today with our Subaru Outback. My wife had just had same day surgery and we were on our way home when our car overheated. We literally drove our car into their service center without notice. The people working there helped us out by checking out our car, making us comfortable, and letting us stay in the service center until a tow truck could get our car to Reliable Subaru for repair. Made the buying process very easy. I knew what I was after and they were fair and pulled some strings to get my new truck which wasn't currently on the lot. They were fair on my trade-in as well. So far service department has been great and has answered any questions I have had. MUCH better experience than some of the other Toyota dealers I have been to.
