Just purchased a 2019 CH-R from Trent at Reliable. Not only did he have ALL of the answers about the car and its features, but he was incredible to work with. He helped make sure the car was right for me and that the deal worked for me financially. I drove down from Kansas City for this car, and I can tell you one thing: when it's time for another car I'll be driving down to work with them again.

Absolutely exceptional service. I was helped immediately upon arrival for my scheduled appointment. Was quoted an hour wait - only waited 30 minutes. Dylan, the guy taking care of my car, explained everything to me. He even walked me out to my car & closed my door for me! Service is unmatched from any other brand or dealership!

Top notch customer service! The service department squeezed us in - our vehicle had broke down on our way to Branson. We had to spend the night in Springfield because no rental car was available. They drive us to a hotel, picked us up in the morning. They certainly helped us out!! Five stars service!!!!

We needed to replace my wife's car. Adam Clair met us at the door and treated us like family. There was no pressure and he answered every question we asked even if one of us repeated a question because we were not listening:) The service and the cars are fantastic. I would recommend Reliable Toyota if you need a new vehicle

The service/repair department here is absolutely excellent! I have been helped by both Nicholas and David. First, there is a shuttle service with a friendly driver to take you home after you drop off your car AND pick you up and bring you back to the dealership! This service is free! Workers are very friendly, professional, and clearly know what they are doing. If you have a Toyota I highly recommend taking it here. You won't be disappointed!

This dealer is excellent! We walked in with a special request and special needs and walked out with the car we wanted to a tee. We were never pressured for something more or greater than what we needed, and our salesman Jakob Brownlow was very reassuring in answering all our questions and concerns! Highly recommend this dealer and especially ask for Jakob!

I bought my new 2017 4runner at this dealership from Matt Blankenship. If you go there, ask for this guy. He will take awesome care of you. He doesn't act like a pushy salesman, but is there to make sure you understand each vehicle you test drive. He made my experience super easy and comfortable. Afterwards, he set up all the media in my car and was extremely friendly and helpful. Driving off the lot I felt very happy with my purchase! I am so glad I went to Reliable Toyota.

I had the best experience at Reliable Toyota with Jason Moon, highly recommend asking for him when you stop by. He was knowledgeable and took extra time when it was already late and they were closing to teach me how to use all of the different features/functions on my new (to me) car that I wasn't familiar with. I appreciated his thoroughness and that he called to follow-up and check on how everything was going with my car and see if I needed anything.
